Shipping Policy:
JILAN believe we strive to deliver the products purchased from excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Before starting our delivery process, we would confirm your order and payment details over the phone,Inside Toronto (GTA) delivery will be completed in 72 hours (3 Business days) and in Canada 3 to 5 business days after the confirmation.Outside of Canada internationally we will provide delivery completed in 5 to 15 business days after the confirmation.
Courier Policy:
JILAN products delivery partner available in Toronto (GTA) and in all over Canada also Internationally. We have two trusted delivery partners in Toronto FEDEX and UPS 🚚
Delivery Policy:
Inside Toronto GTA we provide Cash On Delivery service for our customer but customer can come to our store location and pick up his/her product in person first show JILAN online order recieved copy and pay cash for parchase your product when your payment its done take your product with our recieved copy.All deliveries are considered as home delivery irrespective of location.
- Courier will wait in customers points in case customer wants to receive the product after the trial, maximum 10-15 minutes.
- Toronto GTA and all over Canada also International customer collecti his/her product parcel from our courier service person from customers own location.
NOTE:
We are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise. All the above parcel services are door-to-door service.

RETURN POLICY
JILAN always committed to meet your satisfaction but if you are not satisfied with something you purchased from us, you may return in Toronto (GTA) 3 To 5 business days and all over Canada customers it within 5 to 10 business days and internationally 15 to 25 business days of the original invoice and we will be happy to exchange that item but redelivery charge will be applicable.
- Toronto ( GTA) customer will parchase any product from our JILAN website or what’s up business store please keep original tag,level and bag with our invoice.The original invoice slip and exchange form must be enclosed with all return in person.

Please be sure to print out the form,complete all required information and include it with your return items.We do not accept returns without the original invoice slip we can return your items through courier service to our following address below:

Alternatively, you can bring your exchanged items before you call our customer service in person our customer service representative will give you the location address to recieve your items for exchange first fill out the return from and indicate the item(s) that you would like to exchange.Pack your exchange securely in the original package and attach the invoice slip and exchange form.We cannot process exchanges after 7 days from the original date of purchase.
- Item must be returned in their original packaging in an unused state till bearing tags attached along with the receipt.We do not bear any responsibility to accept goods that have been used. Items returned over 10 working days.
- Returned items must only be exchanged with products available in our warehouse which has the same value or higher value but no cash refund.
- If we see that the return is due to some manufacturing defect,JILAN will gives you exchange the same product if its available in our warehouse but if its not available that product in our warehouse we are really sorry to say for our inconvenience and we will give you the same value of product with customer but money its not refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If customers wants to exchange the product then bring the product with the new tag,bag and sticker with invoice and meet with our contact person in our customer service location our customer service person will gives you exchange your product but before exchange your product we will check product details but if we are found any damaged or defeat on your product then we will not exchange your product and money its not refundable by JILAN return and exchange policy.
The exchange policy is subject to the following terms and conditions;
- The item return shipping will be at your own expense.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
- The product must include the original tags,color user manual, and accessories.
- The product must be exchange in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
- Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.The item is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received product must have differed from the original order.
* The courier will wait in customers points in case customer wants to receive the product after a trial, maximum 10-15 minutes.
NOTE: That refunds can’t be processed for any consequential loss.
